Respos Account Help
Account and Data Deletion
Delete your account in the app
- Open Respos and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
The in-app process starts immediately. Deleting your Respos account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the store where you purchased them.
Request account deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email respos.support@gmail.com with the subject Respos account deletion request. Send the request from the email associated with your Respos account when possible and include that account email in the message. Never send your password or sign-in code.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days.
Request deletion of specific data
You can delete individual tasks, supplies, expenses, calendar events, and similar content using the controls available in Respos. You can also email respos.support@gmail.com with the subject Respos data deletion request. Identify the account and describe the data you want deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
What account deletion removes
- Your Respos sign-in account and private user profile.
- Your notification token and account preferences stored with your profile.
- Your private personal-task data stored directly under your account.
- Your membership in the current household.
- If you are the household's last member, the household and its direct tasks, supplies, expenses, calendar events, history, and related collections.
Data that may remain
If other household members remain, shared household content may remain for them. Items may be reassigned, and household history or member records may retain your display name so the shared history remains understandable.
Purchase records, fraud-prevention records, feedback, or other information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcing our Terms. Backup and service-provider systems may retain deleted information for their limited backup-retention periods before it is removed. Respos does not use retained backup data for ordinary product operations.
See the Respos Privacy Policy for more information about collection, retention, and deletion.
